Finally, I've been waiting for this kind of content for years! Not being a lawyer and trying to understand the terminology of the legal world is frustrating, causing one who understands the quote by Shakespeare, "First, we kill all the lawyers!" or something akin to it. Unfortunately, the DC Court of Appeals is far from unbiased. It's sad that judges can't leave their personal biases outside the courthouse and stick to the Constitution and codified law. Utilizing past precedents are also flawed with bias. Outcomes are meant to be based on the law, not personal preferences.
